About My Biography
Ihave not always been an enthusiastic multi-entrepreneur. With a master’s degree in law, I was soon confronted with the organisation of board meetings and general assemblies in a large international group. On that occasion, all this paperwork seemed to me in many cases totally meaningless.
However, if you look at the skills that are brought together, at least on paper, in a board, you have to wonder whether we could not be more efficient.
In 2005, I became an entrepreneur. On this occasion I realised the immense loneliness of the entrepreneur. However, this loneliness is not inevitable. On the contrary, a director or CEO can count on a board of directors or even shareholders whose opinion can and should be heard. But to do this, it is important to equip yourself with the tools that will enable you to give them a voice and provide them with the information they need to give you an informed and relevant opinion. It’s common sense, really. But that’s where Gov&Go came from.
